Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pounds (or four 6-ounce pieces) salmon, skin on or off
- 6 tablespoons Thai Sweet Chili Sauce (best quality, such as Mae Ploy or Thai Kitchen)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce (use gluten-free if needed)
- 1 tablespoon peeled and finely grated fresh ginger
- 2 scallions, green parts only, finely sliced
Instructions

- Make the dressing by blending the sweet chili sauce, soy marinade and turmeric in a low baking dish. Spoon.25 cups in the marinade in a small dish and set besides (this could be the sauce meant for the grilled fish). Put the trout fillets, skin area side finished, to the staying marinade and marinate designed for 1 hour found in the refrigerator.
- Range a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and bottle of spray with non-stick cooking product. Transfer the salmon fillets in the well prepared baking sheet, pores and skin side straight down, and drizzle a bit of the marinade above the top. Move easy -- you don't need it to pool area too much within the baking sheet as it will burn up in the cookware. Broil the salmon just for 6-10 seconds, or right up until browned in spots many opaque inside the center. Copy the salmon to an offering plate and pour the reserved marinade over the major. Garnish with scallions and serve.
